FLEXIBILITY
Want to work a 4 day week, no Saturday's? Or only one Saturday a month? Thats fine! Just schedule your working hours in the appointment program and your set to go! Something come up and you need to start at 10am now and not 9am? Not a worry, just contact your client and move your appointment book around to suit.
At Bam Bam Hair we encourage flexibility by allowing our employees to have total control of their days and bookings.
COMPENSATION & PROFIT SHARE
Guaranteed yearly pay rate & profit share % rises.
Profit share agreements are implemented at Bam Bam Hair.
Once achievable target is reached, a minimum 5% profit share will be paid on ALL sales generated.
A further minimum 20% profit share will then be paid on everything made over target.
